Brother and Sister Justin Reisinger and Rebecca Lee have put their extensive business management experience and dedication to care to work, purchasing Right at Home Darling Downs in July 2025. The duo has just completed their two-week RightStart™ training and will hit the ground running serving their community from their Toowoomba location next month. 

Former owners Kevin and Camilla Kelly, who opened the Darling Downs territory in January 2017, are looking forward to focusing on raising their young children after almost a decade in business.  

Justin is a mortgage and business broker with a strong background in finance. He started his career as a CPA and later expanded into residential and commercial property sales, leasing, and owning his own businesses – including a profitable café and gift shop with an online component. Over the years, Justin has listed and sold a wide variety of businesses.  

His wife Kylie is a Registered Nurse with experience in both emergency nursing and telehealth, and together they've always shared a deep commitment to caring for others, particularly the elderly.  

“That shared mission is what led us to choose a Right at Home franchise; it aligns perfectly with our belief in supporting older Australians with compassion, dignity, and respect,” Justin explains.  

Rebecca (Bec) has a background in procurement, administration, and business management, and currently operates a successful contract cleaning business across Southeast Queensland. She has also managed a luxury lifestyle resort for over 50s, further refining her leadership and interpersonal skills.  

Above all, Rebecca’s proudest achievement is being a mum to two adventurous young boys while building a business she is passionate about.
