Right at Home celebrated its 30th anniversary on 12 May 2025 with a bang at its Home Improvement Conference at global headquarters in Omaha, Nebraska.  

Right at Home, a leading international in-home care franchise, is thrilled to celebrate its 30th anniversary, marking three decades of providing exceptional in-home care and support to seniors and adults living with disabilities who wish to remain safe and independent in their own homes. 

This milestone was commemorated during the company’s high-energy, “Back to the Future” conference. Just like Marty McFly and Doc Brown, attendees traveled back in time to reflect on the past while accelerating toward a future filled with innovation and promise. 

Right at Home President and CEO Margaret Haynes said, “We are excited to celebrate 30 years, and it is very special to commemorate our anniversary right here in Omaha, so close to where it all began.”  

“It is amazing to look back on the brand’s journey and the countless lives touched along the way,” Haynes continued.

Founded in 1995 by Allen Hager, Right at Home has since expanded from a single location in Fremont, Nebraska, to an international franchise network with 775 locations worldwide, including 566 domestic and 209 international franchises. The first international franchise was established in the United Kingdom in 2010. Today, Right at Home operates in 46 U.S. states, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and the Netherlands. 

Traveling back in time to where it all began, the company has touched the lives of more than 830,000 individuals globally, providing essential services to seniors and adults with disabilities. The commitment to innovation, advocacy, and helping families navigate their unique aging journeys has solidified Right at Home’s position as a leader in professional in-home care.
